HIBISCUS

Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, family: Malvaceae) acts as an antiseptic, aphrodisiac, chelating drugs, cholagogue, painkiller, for digestive, diuretic, softeners, laxative, cooling, anti-inflammatory, sedative, stomachic and tonic . All parts of useful medical Hibiscus. Hibiscus leaves are plasticizers, diuretic, refrigerant and sedative. Leaves, seeds and flower petals mature exhibit the properties of a diuretic and antiscorbutic. Petals are a lot of water, boiled in water, used as a drink to the problem of nausea.     Hibiscus roots are washed, crushed. Simmer for 30 minutes. Use to compress mumps.
4. Headache
    Handful of hibiscus leaves are washed, boiled for 30 minutes. Use water to compress a sore 
    head.
5. Sprue
    Handful of hibiscus leaves washed, boiled with 2 cups water for 15 minutes. Strain. Drinking 
    water
6. Menstrual Disorders
    3 hibiscus flowers are washed, crushed. Give 1 cup of boiled water and a little vinegar. 
    Squeeze. Drink 2 - 3 times a day, each ½ cup
7. Preventing Uban
    10-15 hibiscus leaves, washed, knead until it comes out the mucus. Wet the scalp and hair 
    with mucus. Allow to dry, freshly washed. Do this 2x a week.
